PROCEDURE:
Call 206-282-1540 and request to make a clothing bank appointment.
All visits to the Queen Anne Helpline Clothing Bank require an appointment. Walk-ins are not permitted to use clothing bank services. If you walk-in to the Helpline without an appointmant we will schedule an appointment for you.
Clothing Bank visitors are allowed one visit once a month (30 days).
You must show your identification at the start of your visit.
You are allowed 30 minutes at each visit.
You may get clothes for yourself as well as for your child. However, your spouse (husband or wife) as an adult, should select their own clothes. Ask your husband or wife to call and also make an appointment.
Couples may call to make an appointment to "shop" together at the Clothing Bank.
All Clothing Bank items are provided free of charge.

YOUR VISIT: When you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to show your identification. The Helpline accepts many different types of identification, including DSHS, Service Center, and Shelter IDs. You will also be asked to sign your name, your arrival time, and asked to leave your bags, backpacks, and overcoats outside in the office while you shop. You will be handed a list explaining how many items you can have. Please remember to check out with the volunteer at the front desk before you leave.
