The Queen Anne Helpline has always depended upon the skills and knowledge of volunteers. Helpline volunteers answer phones, offer targeted referrals, manage the clothing and food banks, serve on the board and advise special committees. Community volunteers are also occasionally needed to participate in short-term projects and fundraising events.
